My name is Malama Shamsiyya, and I live in Ningi. Thanks to WEIN and Oxfam’s LINE Project, our community learned how to assess disaster risks and adapt to climate change. We now know which areas are prone to floods and how to protect our homes and farms. The project has improved our infrastructure and introduced sustainable farming techniques, helping us prepare for future challenges. By involving us in the planning, it ensured the solutions met our needs. Now, we are more resilient and confident in facing natural disasters, building a stronger, safer community for everyone.
